The Story

Epic Cols is a passion project for rider and photographer Daniel Hughes. Hughes is a Sony Photographic ambassador who works with some of the largest and most renowned outdoor brands in the world. His work can be seen in galleries, magazines, online publications and on his clients' channels.  
He says, " Epic Cols is not just about cycling, but about sharing incredible places just to be. It excites me to be able to share them. "

Featured many times in the Tour de France this lake and indeed the climb to Cormet de Roseland provides a link to Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the other famous climbs in the area such as Col de l'Iseran.
